Job Summary
As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners while navigating various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues. You will be the face of Blithequark, providing top-tier customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners
- Navigate various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide top-tier customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Impart professionally in a conversational way while using all suitable resources
- Be dependable, reliable, and issue-solve while acting with integrity

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer support experience
