Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to escalated emails and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work on queues related to orders not shipping and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle TrustArc requests and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Provide order updates and resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Peak call center experience or business experience that reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to maintain energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a short and intense "season".
• Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact.
• Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions.
• Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience working in a seasonal or fast-paced environment.
• Certification in customer service or a related field.

Work Schedule:
