Our curated assortment of exclusive products and top brand names in health and beauty, jewelry, home/lifestyle, fashion/accessories, and electronics, combined with entertainment, personalities, and industry experts, provides a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. **Life as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing personalized experiences for each caller while navigating a high-paced call volume. Your day will be filled with: * Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism * Personalizing the experience for each caller to ensure their needs are met * Opportunities for advancement across the entire blithequark network * Reporting to an assigned Supervisor for guidance and support * Working a set schedule and structured day to ensure seamless operations * Bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting rate of $15.00/hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years * New Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company **System Requirements** To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include: * A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * A headset compatible with blithequark specifications * A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) * Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported **Training Schedule** Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET.
