**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide elite service. You will be responsible for managing transactions, responding to emails, and taking calls on a broad range of event and order-related topics. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will enable you to navigate complex situations and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
**How Your Role Expectations Will Progress**
As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:
**Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)**
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of how blithequark operates and the live event industry.
* Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing exceptional experiences for our customers.
* Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
**Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)**
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
* Navigate the order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
**Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)**
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
* Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model that balances in-office and remote work. Your schedule will be:
* Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for the first 4 weeks of employment (paid training).
* Hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
* Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility.
* Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grant.
* Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week.
