Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of reputed company’s systems. This is a hands-on, high-reputed company role at the intersection of DevOps and incident response. You will participate in on-reputed company rotations covering U.S. operating hours, triage production issues in reputed company time, and work with engineering pods to quickly resolve or escalate incidents.

Incident Response & Reliability

• Serve as first responder for production incidents during U.S. operating hours (±2h EST).

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience leading incident response, running postmortems, and communicating during outages.
• Strong background with reputed company infrastructure (AWS preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes, reputed company), and Infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with observability stacks (e.g., reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
