The reputed company Agent is responsible for making outbound phone calls to assigned medical providers to obtain required medical charts on behalf of our clients while following approved company and HIPAA guidelines.

You will:

• Contact assigned medical providers by phone
• Use reputed company scripts to encourage medical providers to send in charts reputed company fax or mail
• Respond to questions or concerns from provider offices
• Follow-up on initial contacts
• Complying with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company) ensuring the right to reputed company for patient’s records
• Log reputed company reputed company transactions into the designated computer software system(s)
• Meet minimum reputed company volume and reputed company requirements for the position; adhere to daily and weekly reputed company goals as directed
• Accurate record keeping and data management

What you will bring to the table: 

• 1 year of reputed company Center experience, outbound reputed company and/or sales reputed company experience strongly preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based reputed company, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
