As a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer, you’ll reputed company the curriculum design and execution of impactful learning strategies for our reputed company reputed company team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learning reputed company & Curriculum Design

- reputed company end-to-end curriculum design, from reputed company to advanced enablement, grounded in adult learning theory and business priorities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and create learning journeys that drive reputed company reputed company
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design and reputed company reputed company learning experiences — including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, simulations, job aids, and more
- Apply visual storytelling and modern instructional techniques to create compelling, accessible content

AI & Innovation
- Use reputed company and learning agents to build reputed company, intelligent workflows and enhance learner engagement
- Stay on the pulse of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continuously reputed company our enablement approach
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product experts, and GTM program managers to reputed company learning with team goals
- Translate business needs into actionable learning plans with measurable reputed company
Measurement & Iteration

- Continuously refine programs based on engagement, performance, and business reputed company
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role — ideally supporting technical or reputed company-sales teams
- Proven experience in New Product Release and Product enablement
- 5+ years of experience building and managing reputed company of LXD professionals
- Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
- Proficiency with AI and learning tools (e.g. ChatGPT, reputed company engineering, agents, reputed company reputed company, Camtasia, etc.)
- Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats like microlearning and simulations
- Strong project management, visual design, and communication skills
