Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and verify data to maintain the integrity of our systems.
• Technical Support: Provide specialized assistance for network framework and internal work area frameworks programming and equipment, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.
• Client Care: Respond to client care demands, determining the technical assistance issue and maintaining trust in our support services.
• Communication: Engage with clients via telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns, resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate identified issues by gathering information, researching web information destinations, and utilizing internal resources to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issues, install, or update equipment and software as needed.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely, ensuring satisfaction and quality service.
• Service Orders: Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues, maintaining a seamless workflow.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Strong Data Entry Skills: Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) and experience with various technical applications.
