About the Role

- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound calls, providing personalized support, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations and exceed customer expectations.
- Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities to work additional hours or varied shifts.
- Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various customer styles and needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate multiple systems.
- A reliable and self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, with a compatible headset and high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
- Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia.
- Fluency in Spanish and English for Bilingual Specialist opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems.

Training and Support
At blithequark, we're committed to providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll participate in:
- A paid training period, with attendance and participation required.
- A structured training schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks.
- Ongoing coaching and feedback from your Supervisor and team.
