Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, adhering to client turnaround times.
  • Navigate through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Differentiate between various claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed according to designated turnaround times, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Support additional workflows as needed, adapting to internal or external requirements with flexibility.
  • Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the team's overall quality.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • 6 months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating your proficiency and speed in data entry tasks.
  • Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to achieve high accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that your work is of the highest quality.
  • A high degree of accuracy, crucial for meeting the 98% accuracy rate required for this position.

If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment, achieving a minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate.
