About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and web-based channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical proficiency
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, allowing you to communicate with a diverse customer base
