Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and structured environment.
  • Demonstrate reliability by being present and on time for the entire shift each day, ensuring that we are ready and available to help our customers when they need us most.
  • Meet our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Engage in professional customer interactions, building relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Actively listen to understand the customer's concerns and use internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem.
  • De-escalate customer care issues using conflict management skills to balance the client's needs with the company's capabilities while maintaining professional composure.
  • Troubleshoot solutions, thinking analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process.
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify areas of need for improvement for Blithequark customers and share any leadership trends.

Essential Qualifications:

  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • You must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • You must be able to read, write, and understand English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent.
  • 100% mandatory training is required, and we cannot accommodate fog, downtime, or delays during this time.
  • Qualified applicants must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process.

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
