Job Summary

Blithequark is seeking an experienced and innovative Partner Product Manager to join our Automation Development team, focusing on the strategy, discovery, and implementation of cutting-edge chat automation capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to shape our conversational AI client-serving products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition and synthesis of consistent product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to lift the client experience.
  • Influence client data, conversational analysis, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term development with long-term investments.
  • Work with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and lifting any requirements for additional research to define future feature design.
  • Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear, data-informed product recommendations.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing client stories to meet the needs of the end client while focusing on business value.
  • Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall client experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest and desire to understand how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to build relationships and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action.
  • Excitement for excellent products and services, with the ability to empathize with clients and articulate product functionality.
  • A proven self-starter with the ability to handle multiple needs and tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity.
  • Willingness to adopt a forward-looking "growth mindset" with a focus on technology trends and emerging industry/space best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, particularly in the development of conversational AI or chat automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development tools.
