Our team of innovators is dedicated to driving business growth and success through data-driven insights, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our ranks. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping and driving business solutions within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the effective accomplishment of our targets, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to tackle a wide range of issues * Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise * Stay up-to-date with current advancements within your field * Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems * Estimate effort and value for solutions * Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures * Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work * Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on moving forward * Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration * Monitor program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of need, visibility, and escalation * May perform other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs **Essential and Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics) * Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade * Strong knowledge of technical conditions * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies * Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners * Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals * Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate * Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/assignments * Ability to take on numerous tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of fulfillment in all responsible work; willing to coach others to do the same * Ability to educate and tutor others about technical and business subjects **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong knowledge of business analysis and process modeling * Strong knowledge of technical conditions and software development methodologies * Ability to analyze and interpret complex data * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented climate * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
