As a blithequark employee, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that's always evolving. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Logistics, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents. * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, while ensuring safety and efficiency. * Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to accurately route baggage to customers' destinations. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and providing exceptional customer service. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority.
