Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of healthcare and retail services, including those that drive equitable access to care for underserved populations. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry & Customer Service, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving patient and medication-related issues, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient and medication-related issues in a timely and accurate manner * Enter data into our pharmacy systems, including patient and medication information, using our proprietary data entry methodology and rules processes * Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions * Provide support to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders through inbound calls, visits, and messages * Settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Resolve external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements * Settle phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the external outliers * Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Maintain a dynamic and professional demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35/hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment * Comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
