**The Role**
As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team
* Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
