About the Role

This fully remote position requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to work closely with our Case Review Unit, Customer Service, Benefits Verification, and Pharmacy Operations teams. As a Prior Authorization Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing and communicating Specialty medication prior authorization referrals reviewed by the Case Review Unit
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate referral status and determinations
• Providing fax processing and telephone reputed company assistance to prescriber office staff, pharmacies, and members based on program reputed company
• Maintaining accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company relevant information
• Working closely with the Case Review Unit Clinician team for clinical support on daily functions
• Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
