The company's Summer Internship program is designed to provide college students with a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain practical experience, and build a strong foundation for their future careers. During the 11-week internship period from May 12 - July 25, 2025, interns will be assigned to a functional team, such as Supply Chain, Marketing, e-commerce, Technology, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Outside Sales, or Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PM, UX, and Engineering, to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them for designated products.
  • Work closely with experienced Product Managers to gain proficiency in value creation, prioritization, defining MVP, user story construction, and overall product management.
  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Participate in networking and development activities to build relationships and enhance your skills.
  • Work on a pre-assigned project that impacts the function you are supporting, driving business value and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a strong academic record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
