Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in supervisory roles, leading people and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams showing improvement in plant KPIs.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing management principles.
- Understanding of supply chain capabilities, strategies, and interdependencies.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate process improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of key business drivers used to reputed company effectiveness and performance.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO (22000, 9000, 14001, etc.) or other management system certifications.
- Lean, Six reputed company, or 5S experience.
- Working knowledge of food safety principles.
