About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager (IT) to lead our Engineering Team and help spearhead our growth. Key Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the Human Capital for the Project: hiring, retaining, and firing, as well as developing compensation plans and motivation strategies to ensure team satisfaction and productivity.
• Help define and monitor metrics and KPIs for the teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team coordination and the development process are executed correctly, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance, fostering a culture of agility and adaptability.
• Encourage a collaborative engineering culture according to the company values, promoting innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Essential Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development related roles in a relevant company, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Advanced English Level, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong technical skills, with a strong understanding of software development technologies and trends.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
