Job Summary
As a Remote Account Executive - Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing sales with clients. You will be your own boss, setting your own goals and activity targets, and tracking your progress to ensure success. With our proven system, CRM, and access to high-quality leads, you will have the tools you need to excel in this role. This is a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in life insurance sales, with the potential to grow as an insurance consultant, build your own team, and eventually become your own Agency Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Make numerous phone calls to prospective clients, utilizing our CRM system and high-quality leads to build your business. Our goal is to help new agents run 10 appointments every week with clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and foster relationships with prospects and clients, maintaining close communication to close sales and promote customer retention. Identify and address clients' life and health insurance needs.
- Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Set and achieve personal activity goals and results targets, demonstrating discipline and a strong work ethic.
- Tracking Progress: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment to ensure profitability and success. This will also enable you to receive coaching and guidance to grow and improve.
- Growth Opportunities: Take advantage of vast resources and training to grow as an insurance consultant. Build your own team and eventually become your own Agency Owner, with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching.
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Coachability: A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
