We are looking for full-time and part-time Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representatives to support our Prayer Center, which is the heart of The 700 Club. As a Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating and connecting with callers, providing ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, and sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries. • Communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-reputed company work

• Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
