As a Remote reputed company Center Agent, you will play a critical role in our fundraising efforts, using your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to influence existing and potential donors to support our causes. You will work on an automated dialer, making outbound fundraising calls, answering incoming calls, and using scripts to reputed company information about candidates or causes. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to their inquiries

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including telesales, telephone fundraising, and donor engagement
• 1 year of experience in fundraising, preferably in a reputed company center or telesales environment
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls, including fundraising, sustainer calls, polling calls, survey calls, membership calls, reputed company calls, and proxy calls
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence donors and supporters
• Friendliness, patience, and a cool-tempered approach to dealing with aggressiveness and complaints
