About the Role

As a Patient Concierge Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences through our virtual phone system. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle High-Volume Inbound Calls: Manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 80-100 calls per day) through our virtual phone system, ensuring that reputed company patient receives the support they need.
• Follow Scripted Verbiage: Utilize scripted verbiage to effectively communicate with patients about their medical bills, ensuring reputed company and consistency in reputed company interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer and/or patient support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
