Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Collection Agent at Orion Capital Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Contact debtors to arrange payment of their outstanding balances, providing clear explanations of their financial obligations and available solutions.
  • Compliance: Comply with all state, federal, and consumer protection laws, ensuring that all interactions with customers are transparent, fair, and respectful.
  • Payment Plan Negotiation: Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Documentation: Document all communications and actions, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Correspondence: Send correspondence to debtors regarding delinquent accounts, providing clear information about their financial obligations.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates to management, sharing insights and progress on customer engagements.
  • Skip Tracing: Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate debtors and facilitate communication.
  • Call Volume: Dial anywhere between 150-200 calls per day, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Remote Collection Agent at Orion Capital Solutions, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection, with a proven track record of success in customer engagement and debt recovery.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide clear explanations of financial obligations.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, understanding, and problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Multitasking: The ability to multitask, handling multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
