Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Collection Agent at Orion Capital Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Contact debtors to arrange payment of their outstanding balances, providing clear explanations of their financial obligations and available solutions.
- Compliance: Comply with all state, federal, and consumer protection laws, ensuring that all interactions with customers are transparent, fair, and respectful.
- Payment Plan Negotiation: Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Documentation: Document all communications and actions, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Correspondence: Send correspondence to debtors regarding delinquent accounts, providing clear information about their financial obligations.

- Skip Tracing: Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate debtors and facilitate communication.
- Call Volume: Dial anywhere between 150-200 calls per day, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as a Remote Collection Agent at Orion Capital Solutions, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection, with a proven track record of success in customer engagement and debt recovery.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide clear explanations of financial obligations.
