Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Insurance Accounts Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing our overall performance. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service, policy retention, new business sales, quoting, comparing, and rating various carriers.
• Interact with all areas of the company to help us work more efficiently and meet our goals.
• Focus on high-value tasks, such as scheduling, networking, and follow-ups, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with our Customer Support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant and effective.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for insurance. If you have a proven track record of success in a similar role, a Property & Casualty Insurance License, and prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• MUST have a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM software and other industry-specific tools.
