This remote contract role offers the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere in the US, with occasional opportunities to collaborate in person at our offices or offsites. Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture large vendor partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with 3rd party vendors and operational counterparts. • Work closely with team members and key project stakeholders across various departments, including sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations. • Effectively manage your schedule to attend meetings and deliver on accountable work, ensuring timely and high-quality results. • Own the execution of large, multi-year programs with complex dependencies across multiple teams, including coordination, timeline planning, and cross-functional meetings. • Design and implement frameworks and processes to facilitate cross-team collaboration and drive successful project outcomes. • Provide support across multiple projects to ensure high-quality releases and meet stakeholder expectations. • Quickly become well-versed in the engineering team's product/domain space and provide valuable input on requirements from an end-user perspective. • Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager, driving medium to large cross-functional efforts. • A proven track record of creating strategic plans, driving execution, and communicating effectively with business stakeholders. • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment, with a "do-it-yourself" attitude and adaptability. • Some experience in Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud is a plus, though not required. • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is essential. • Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development, Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies is desirable.
