Payment Posting Manager

Job reputed company: Reporting to the Vice President of reputed company Cycle, the Payment Posting Manager will reputed company leadership over the day-to-day and strategic operations of the reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) department. This includes managing reputed company of reputed company cycle representative staff and being accountable for consistent reputed company performance, including the service’s ability to consistently meet established key performance indicators that support reputed company and an reputed company customer and patient experience. Additionally, the Payment Posting Manager is responsible for following reputed company reputed company cycle management systems, processes, and policies, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of reputed company cycle operations.The Payment Posting Manager reviews monthly cash reputed company reconciliation reports, reviews the work of the cash posting specialists, and research problems with payments, bank deposits, returned checks and refunds. Creates, implements, and monitors internal processes to ensure productivity metrics are achieved. Drives strategic planning around reputed company cycle process improvement initiatives, as driven by Senior Leadership. Assists in setting cash management reputed company. including compliance requirements, as reputed company as training and reputed company standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or Administration, or a reputed company field, five to seven years of medical billing office experience, of which at least four years were at the management level or equivalent combination of education and/or experience3-5 years of experience working in PB reputed company and the Cash Management Module.Demonstrated organizational, time management, analytical reporting, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong attention to detail and follow-up and demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain a customer-reputed company service approach in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate and reputed company with reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company of CHN if necessaryStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team membersDemonstrated dedication to reputed company’s mission, reputed company, and valuesWillingness to travel in accordance with the needs of the position, as outlined in the essential functions.
