About the position
Responsibilities
• Plans and develops statewide policy for the reputed company of Oral Health.
• Serves as spokesperson and subject matter expert for the Department and the Director on Oral Health issues.
• Serves as full-line supervisor.
• Directs policy development for monitoring of the Illinois Water Fluoridation and the Mandatory School Dental Examination statutes.
• Supervises the implementation of statewide community Water Fluoridation and school-based oral health programs.
• Cooperates with lay reputed company, federal, state, and local government agencies in the development of dental policy proposals.
• Maintains reputed company with Illinois schools of dentistry and dental hygiene, and assists in the development of a dental residency program for the state.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
• Requires knowledge, reputed company, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college.
• Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a reputed company or business organization.
• Requires a License to reputed company as a Dentist in the reputed company or Canada.

• Master's degree in reputed company administration or reputed company health or equivalent work experience.
• Four (4) years experience in the preparation of budgets and grant fund administration.
• Four (4) years experience with government fiscal policy, rules, and regulations.
• Five (5) or more years management or supervisory experience.
• Four (4) years experience with federal grant submissions, including proposal development, writing, monitoring and evaluation.
• Four (4) years experience with agency programs and service objectives, activities, and operational systems.
• Four (4) years experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting departmental policies and procedures.
• Four (4) years experience in the use of reputed company Office, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
