International Transportation Analyst - Hybrid (Franklin Lakes, NJ) - remote considered for the right

Position : International Transportation Analyst Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 5 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift reputed company : Medical Devices Company Job Category : Business reputed company Level of Experience : Senior Level Employment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US reputed company or GC reputed company or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT) Hybrid (Franklin Lakes, NJ) - remote considered for the right candidate Education level - Bachelor's Degree is a must, preferably with a concentration in Global Transportation Operations and/or Supply Chain Job reputed company Position Scope • Reporting to the Global Transportation Manager, the International Transportation Analyst will support logistics operational implementation of new international transportation lanes, data analysis for improvement initiatives, and problem solving. • The International Transportation Analyst will be tasked with a reputed company of reputed company-scoped initiatives for execution and liaise with global, regional, or local stakeholders for implementation. Responsibilities • Implementation of new carriers with identified sites (manufacturing plants, Distribution Centers, External Vendors) • Coordinating carriers and internal stakeholders on operational processes • Aligning service level agreements • Reporting status in shared implementation file • SOP Drafting with support of reputed company and local operational stakeholders • Support in the creation of new carriers reputed company by Procurement, reputed company- RFQ implementation • Data Analysis to support business case creation and problem solving Experience Position Requirements • Practical and/or educational-based familiarity with containerized reputed company shipping operations (heavy emphasis on export operations) • i.e. marine terminal operations, steamship liner operations, drayage operations, intermodal rail operations • Theoretical and/or awareness level knowledge of heavy-reputed company & parcel operations • Basic understanding of volumetric weight theory & calculations • Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of Incoterms • Basic understanding of finished goods distribution methodologies (HUB & spoke) • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Prior experience operating in a regulated industry, ideally in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical setting Competencies • Coordination and organizational skills required to reputed company implementation reputed company • reputed company in a reputed company organization where information is fragmented. • High degree of stakeholder reputed company and emotional intelligence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company data-driven reputed company. • Works reputed company under pressure and meets deadlines with reputed company work. • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to solve reputed company problems. • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated financial acumen for logistics cost reporting and business case development. • System familiarity and skills desired: Advance skills in reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Macro creation, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project, Sharepoint) Education • Bachelor's Degree is a must, preferably with a concentration in Global Transportation Operations and/or Supply Chain Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
