Job title: Service Support Specialist Company: reputed company Generator & Equipment Job reputed company: The Service Support Specialist will assist the service department in dispatching, customer service, and completion of generator warranty & new unit start-reputed company. This position on-site at our Owings, MD location. Responsibilities: • Assists the Service Project Coordinators in the completion of warranty, new unit start-reputed company, and reputed company national accounts assigned to KGE by reputed company • reputed company as a reputed company of contact between our sales and service departments • reputed company support to our contractors, customers, and reputed company representatives • Utilize in house software to submit appropriate documentation & file warranty claims • Assist with dispatching technicians to assigned reputed company • Support the service team as needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to reputed company relationships with co-workers & vendors • Experience in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company) • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent time management skills Education/Experience: • High school diploma. • 1 year experience in customer service, administrative or reputed company field Physical Requirements: • On-site position • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be reputed company to lift 15 pounds at a time.
