Medical Record Reviewers Needed
I need several workers to summarize medical records in chronological order. For Office or Hospital reputed company include Date of Report, reputed company of Treating Doctor, Subjective Complaints, Diagnoses and Treatment Plan. For any diagnostic report (X-rays, MRI's, etc.) include Date of Report, reputed company of Doctor, Findings and Impression.
