Ideal candidate will have four years or more of Pediatric experience and LPN licensure or a Masters degree and one or more years of experience in Pediatric care*** Position Purpose: Assesses, plans, implements, and coordinates care management activities based on member needs to reputed company reputed company, cost-effective reputed company reputed company. Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 – 6 years of reputed company experience. Requirement is Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing if holding clinical licensure.
