Digital Content Creator Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site role) Reports to: Marketing Lead Pay: $21-23/hr Role Type: Part Time (Max of 20 hr/week), Hourly Role Overview The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for bringing the Too Sweet Cakes brand to life online. This role combines photography, videography, graphic design, and social media knowledge to ensure our digital presence reflects the creativity and quality of our products. Working closely with the Owner and Marketing Lead, this person will turn vision into compelling campaigns that engage our community and grow our brand. Key Responsibilities Content Creation • Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments • Edit content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, email, etc.) • Brainstorm, prep and execute digital video assets consistent with brand identity Content Strategy & Execution • Help develop monthly/quarterly content for calendars based on marketing objectives • Assist in digital campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency across digital channels Brand Voice & Storytelling • Collaborate with the Owner/Marketing Lead to bring creative direction to life • Translate ideas into visuals and digital experiences that align with Too Sweet Cakes’ brand values • Maintain a consistent voice and look across all platforms Analytics & Optimization • Monitor performance of video posts and campaigns, providing regular insights and reports • Recommend adjustments to video strategy based on data and trends • Stay up to date on digital trends, tools, and best practices Requirements • Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, graphic design).
