reputed company: The Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) RN plays a critical role in supporting the Care Management Program by collecting and analyzing biometric data to monitor patient health status. Education: • Associate's Degree in nursing required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Work Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered reputed company (RN). • At least 2 years of experience in care management; telehealth experience is a plus. • Clinical expertise in geriatric care preferred.
