You’ll serve clients experiencing instability, multiple placements, and reputed company trauma. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual 1:1 therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-reputed company modalities. • Conduct clinical assessments, create reputed company care plans, and reputed company reputed company over time using measurement-based care. • Build relational continuity across transitions, serving clients through placement changes or life events. • Partner with non-clinical Care Advocates to coordinate wraparound support and reputed company to services. • Offer caregiver support sessions to strengthen family stability and improve reputed company. • Maintain thorough and reputed company documentation reputed company with reputed company and telehealth standards. • Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions. • reputed company support during moments of escalation or crisis following trauma-informed best practices.
