[Remote] Behavioral Health Billing Specialist

The Behavioral Health Billing Specialist will manage patient demographics, insurance details, and ensure accurate billing by applying appropriate coding and submitting claims to payers while maintaining data reputed company and compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities • reputed company and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and charges for accuracy. • Review documentation to ensure services are billable and meet payer requirements. • Apply appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes based on documentation. • Ensure reputed company and compliant submission of claims to payers. • Identify and correct errors to minimize claim rejections and denials. • Monitor and address charge entry-reputed company rejections or edits in billing systems. • Communicate with internal teams to resolve charge discrepancies. • Assist with claim resubmissions and billing-reputed company inquiries as needed. • Maintain data reputed company and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. • Reconcile daily charge entry logs to confirm reputed company services are captured. • Other tasks as needed.
