This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary of $20-$30 per hour, and immediate openings are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support to Apple customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with business specialists and customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions using Apple products and services
- Utilize your knowledge of Apple products and services to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
