Paralegal
Assist the claims team by gathering and reviewing claims-reputed company documents, ensuring compliance with reputed company reputed company and regulatory requirements. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, reputed company Studies, or reputed company field. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance, insurance defense, or reputed company areas of law. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, property and casualty insurance policies, and Florida reputed company procedures. Familiarity with Miami and Florida state court systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in reputed company research and document management software. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
