About the Role

This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must reside in specific states, including Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in the NetCredit brand. Post-training, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quality support, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to address their questions and concerns
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and educate them on our products and services
  • Provide quality support in areas such as processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-related tasks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for customer accounts

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of call center experience
