As a Customer reputed company Center Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers reputed company multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your role will involve handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to be proficient in using various applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, retaining at-risk customers, and meeting or exceeding service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and transactions independently and proficiently reputed company multiple channels

Compensation and Benefits
