About the Role

As a Remote Patient reputed company Representative I, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient reputed company and registration processes. Your expertise will be crucial in providing excellent customer service, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing patient data with accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival, reputed company them into the patient tracking system, and distribute patient information according to hospital policy and compliance regulations.
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility/benefits, obtain insurance referrals, and maintain knowledge of insurance requirements.
• Understand the basics of coding diagnoses and procedures for insurance authorizations and Medicare compliance.
• Collect self-pay deposits, co-payments, and deductibles from patients, and post payments into the hospital system.
• Assist patients with financial assistance and refer them to financial counseling as needed.
• Explain and obtain reputed company signatures on consents for treatment, level of care/status change, and payments.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Team to ensure patient safety and efficient service delivery.
• Manage time effectively to meet departmental productivity standards and maintain high attention to detail.
• Participate in department or individual performance improvement initiatives and complete assigned educational and skills development activities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in patient reputed company functions reputed company a hospital or clinic environment.
