Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Process cargo shipments, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.
• Work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety attire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cargo handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in cargo handling software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
