About the Role: Senior HR Technology Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior HR Technology Analyst to join our People Systems Team at blithequark. As a reputed company between our Business and reputed company, you'll play a critical role in driving the reputed company of our organization through innovative HR solutions. This hybrid role, based at our reputed company Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, requires a minimum of three days of on-site work per week, as designated by the Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reputed company or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary data for evaluation by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
• Participate in reputed company reputed company, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies
• Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee data
• Ensure data reputed company is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
• Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced-level experience, reputed company and specialized expertise in functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, media production and communication strategies, and HR concepts and processes
• Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
