Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Record customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution
- Interface with team personnel, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or other business needs
- Respond to numerous phone inquiries daily and use standard call-center technology
- Assist callers in completing online applications and provide support as needed
- Adhere to privacy rules and regulations set forth by the programs we service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service
- Report problems through an easy online system and respond to telephone inquiries within set time parameters
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to utilize problem-solving skills in complex situations
- Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Must submit speed test via speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with help desk software
- Experience working in a call-center environment
- Knowledge of regulations and policies related to customer service
- Ability to speak multiple languages
