The Role

As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll be working with warm leads who have expressed interest in our premium product but haven't completed the purchase. Your primary responsibility will be to close these leads and drive sales. You'll handle a mix of inbound leads and outbound texting and calling, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads via phone, text, and email to close sales and drive revenue growth
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound communications, responding to customer inquiries and concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
• Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales performance
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, discuss challenges, and develop strategies for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge to enhance sales performance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
