Job Summary

In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound client requests in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies, and helping clients navigate our online portals and tools. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with navigating online portals and tools, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on how to use our systems effectively.
