Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into blithequark's database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required by management, providing insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure all data processing activities comply with blithequark's policies and relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities, providing a clear audit trail and supporting continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with familiarity with database management systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
