Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their journey to adopt cloud computing solutions. Your expertise in virtualization, cloud native architectures, and data analysis will be instrumental in helping our clients optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support local business teams in pursuing key business opportunities and engage with clients to address various aspects of the data life-cycle.
  • Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and engineer customer solutions to meet accumulated requirements.
  • Be responsible for driving technical projects, including technology promotion, supporting responses, product and solution briefings, proof of concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
  • Work with blithequark Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and model integrations in customer/partner environments. Travel for meetings, technical reviews, and on-site delivery activities on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prepare and deliver product information to highlight the blithequark Cloud Platform value, using methods that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information (RFI) response reports.

Essential Qualifications

  • A four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4 years of experience with virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, Big Data technologies, real-time streaming, performance, and scalability enhancements.
  • Experience with cloud computing (e.g., cloud market, competitive elements) and performing technical introductions or public speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system design, implementation, tuning, pattern design, and query development of scalable and distributed systems.
  • Experience in technical business or expert consulting in cloud computing, data analysis, and Big Data.
  • Experience creating data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data management on cloud native models.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, the cloud market, competitive elements, and customer purchasing behavior.
  • Understanding of customer needs with the ability to distill the requirements and design technical architecture.
